As an office Attendant you’ll be responsible for the handling of organizational and clerical support tasks which includes but not limited to organizing files, sorting mails, receiving and welcoming guests, scheduling appointments and meetings.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Organizing schedules and updating staff calendar;
Overseeing mail packages, couriers, deliveries and other related services;
Assisting with collating traveling and expenses report;
Answering queries, direct phone calls, inquiries and provide basic and necessary company information;
Assisting in preparation of reports, data and presentations;
Assisting in planning, organizing staff calendar and schedules;
Purchasing, tracking, invoicing and keeping records of office supplies for each department;
Setting up and scheduling of meetings and appointments
