As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to handle complaints, process orders, and provide information about an organization’s products and services. Customer service representatives help businesses develop strong relationships with their clients and customers.
Generating sales lead;
Maintaining a courteous and polite manner at all times;
Communicating with customers and clients about their experiences with a product or service;
Answering all client or customer questions about how to properly use or access a product or service;
Taking and/or processing orders for products or services;
Adhering to and ensures all company policies and procedures are maintained;
Maintaining an acceptable attendance and tardiness record;
